                 CHPC Preschool

Since 1956, the Camp Hill Presbyterian Church has sponsored a weekday pre-school program as a service to our church members and to families in local communities. Throughout those 50 years the Preschool has grown and changed as the knowledge and understanding of pre-school education has grown and changed. We are proud to be recognized as the oldest and one of the finest pre-schools located on the West Shore.

The purpose of the Preschool is to provide opportunities for children to enlarge their sphere of relationships, their knowledge of the ever changing world, their ability to express themselves and to ready them for their kindergarten experience - all in a secure and loving environment under the guidance of committed Christian leaders.

Our objectives are:

  • To facilitate "readiness" learning through fun, educational, and creative classroom experiences and play.

  • To develop individuality by nurturing feelings of self worth, security, and uniqueness in a loving and caring atmosphere.

  • To develop sensitivity to others (children and adults) through socialization
  • To expand on a child's awareness of his environment and surroundings.

  • To enhance and continually develop small and large motor skills, social and emotional skills, language skills, critical thinking and problem solving.

Limited openings available   in the 2 1/2 and 3yr old class!
